Programmable Logic Controller The 246S training system is based on the popular Allen-Bradley SLC 500™ Programmable Logic Controller. The RS Logix 500™ software is used to create ladder logic diagrams to control standard types of industrial circuits. Design challenges and troubleshooting experiments are provided for students to develop practical skills and troubleshooting techniques. Students are guided through lessons with easy-to-follow instructions, illustrations and pictures of the programming screen. Students learn how to use the programming software and it's functions to create PC Control Applications. Indicator lights on the trainer allow students to see the resulting outputs of their programs. Available as a rack-mounted trainer or modular system, it can easily interface with other industrial trainers from ECI.
